Privacy

This site uses Osano consent management. A Meta integration is on the Rhythm & Rooh event page. Whether it runs is decided by your own consent record in Osano, read at the moment it would run. Osano applies your region's rules itself: where prior consent is required, advertising stays off until you accept in the Osano dialog; where the law is opt-out, Osano may accept on your behalf and you can opt out at any time. Nothing runs before Osano has loaded and told us your consent state.

Consent

Osano provides the consent dialog, determines which rules apply where you are, and stores your consent record. The Meta integration reads that record — your Marketing / Targeted Advertising category — every time it is about to act. If it says accepted, Meta loads. If it says denied, if you have used Do Not Sell or Share, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Meta does not load, and anything already loaded is stopped and its cookies cleared. Until Osano has loaded and answered, the integration is off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie Settings in the footer of every page, and a withdrawal is remembered across visits until you make a new choice yourself.

Advertising measurement

The Meta integration is on the Rhythm & Rooh event page only. The vendor is Meta Platforms (connect.facebook.net and facebook.com), classified as Marketing / Targeted Advertising in Osano. Only if you accept marketing does it load Meta's script and send exactly two events: a PageView for that page, and a ViewContent when you use any Tickets link on it. Each carries the event name, the ticket destination and platform, your consent state, the referring site and any utm_ campaign parameters in the page address. Meta also receives what any web request carries: the page address, the referring address, your IP address, your browser's user agent and Meta's own cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc). Under US state privacy laws this counts as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. No name, email address, phone number or other identifier you give us is ever attached — Advanced Matching is off. There is no purchase, checkout or payment event and no order value. Each of the two events is also sent once to an endpoint on this site, carrying the same classification fields, the same event identifier and, when your browser already has them, Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookie values. When that endpoint is configured with Meta credentials it forwards the same event to Meta from our server, and the IP address and user agent of the request are forwarded with it; without those credentials it stores nothing and sends nothing. It is never given a name, an email address, a phone number or any purchase detail. Meta's automatic button and page-metadata collection is switched off before the pixel initializes. To opt out: Cookie Settings, or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, both in the footer; a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honored without any action from you. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not used. TikTok is not used. Google Consent Mode v2 signals are set from your Osano record, denied by default, but no Google tag is loaded to read them.

What is collected

No analytics product is used on this site. Nothing you type on this site is sent to an advertising vendor. If marketing consent is in effect, the two event page events above are sent to Meta with the data listed under Advertising measurement. The hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs for security and operations.

International transfers

This site is hosted in the United States and Meta processes advertising data in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, the data described above is transferred there.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. The controls in the footer handle consent, sharing and opt-out directly. For anything else, email the address on the contact page and we will respond within the period your law allows.

Outbound links

Ticket, streaming and social links open the partner's own site, which is governed by that partner's privacy policy. Only standard campaign parameters (utm_*) are carried on ticket links. On the videos page, YouTube’s player is added only after you click Play and only when marketing consent is accepted. That click does not accept cookies, and withdrawing consent removes the player.
